Website callbacks for estate agents

Give property enquiries a direct route to your team.

A prospective seller may want to discuss a valuation while a buyer has questions about a property. Offer a callback alongside your existing forms, with team cover and available later times that fit around viewings and appointments.

No setup fee. Verify your email, choose a plan and add a card to start your trial.

Your team accepts first. Then we call the customer.

Make room for the right conversation.

Offer immediate calls while the branch has enquiry cover. Enabled scheduling can show available slots around viewings and outside current calling hours.

A valuation enquiry

Invite a conversation from your valuation page. Once connected, your team can understand the property and agree the next step; the callback itself does not reserve a valuation appointment.

A team out on viewings

Configure recipients who can handle incoming enquiries and an appropriate backup group. Set availability to reflect branch cover, and use enabled scheduling for conversations that need to happen later.

A clear invitation to talk.

Tell visitors what the conversation is for. Use wording that matches the enquiries your team is ready to handle.

Suggested widget wording

Want to discuss a property or valuation? Leave your number and our team will call to help with the next step.

Example wording for your business. This preview does not place calls or take bookings.

Fit it around your working day.

  1. Add the widget to valuation, property-service and contact pages where a conversation is useful.
  2. Set the enquiry team and routing order, with realistic branch cover.
  3. Test immediate and enabled scheduled requests alongside your existing viewing and valuation forms.

Set the right expectation

The widget does not book viewings, qualify buyers or assign a negotiator from the property details automatically. Your team handles those decisions during the call.

A few useful answers.

Does a scheduled callback confirm a viewing?

No. It requests a telephone conversation. Your team checks the property and diary before confirming a viewing or valuation.

Can branch staff be tried before a backup team?

Yes. Configure priority groups to try one group before another, using the recipients and availability you have set.

Who is called first?

RoundRobin calls your configured team first. A team member must accept before the customer is called. Connection depends on availability and both parties answering; an instant request does not guarantee an immediate conversation.

Can visitors request a later call?

Yes, when scheduling is enabled and available slots are configured. Operating hours, recipient availability and your settings determine the options. Requesting a callback does not by itself confirm a service appointment.

Make your next enquiry a conversation.

Set your recipients, check availability and try the callback workflow before adding it to your website.

No setup fee. Email verification, plan selection and a payment card start your trial. Calls use credits at the applicable rates. See Pricing for current rules.
