Very professional and compassionate My daughter is purchasing a property that has Town and City as the Management Company. There was a lack of communication from the solicitor acting for the seller regarding the lease so I reached out to Town an City to see if they could help. The first person I had contact with was Laura who has been extremely professional, understanding and caring regarding the issue my daughter was experiencing. She took all our details and got back to us with updates and communicated with solicitors on both sides. Sue Ramsay then helped by getting the required documents signed by the Directors. Lastly, Sarah very kindly let me know when the documentation arrived back so I could call and collect it. Thank you so much Laura, Sue and Sarah!

Estate management pack Susan in the legal team has been so helpful in moving things along for the property I'm purchasing. The solicitors on both sides had been so slow and unhelpful but when I reached out to Town and City directly for help in getting some documents sent over regarding the estate management pack Susan was really helpful on the phone and gave me her direct email to contact her with the details of the problem and any further queries. Things that had been at a standstill for a number of weeks have been getting resolved within a matter of days by her and I couldn't be more grateful for the help she has provided and she has always been professional, polite and friendly whenever I've had contact with her which has made everything so much easier

What a difference a year makes We have seen a vast improvement in the past 6 months, whilst the majority of the team have always been speedy in responses and resolutions, we did have issues with our previous property manager, who was a director at the company. The previous manager has now left, and I am cannot thank Town & City enough for how they have supported our property since, issues are dealt with very efficiently, and communication has improved greatly.

My experience with Town & City has been quite varied. Our property manager Andrea, who I deal with regularly, deserves 5 stars: Andrea is quick to respond, knowledgeable and always wants to find the best resolution to any problem we may have. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the head office team which is why I am unable give a 5 star review overall. My main gripe is concerning the management reports which I have asked to be produced on a regular basis. These reports either do not turn up or are incomplete. Getting these reports on time and accurate would be a huge improvement.

New Team - Credit where it is due. If I was writing this review a few months ago, it would have been a 1 star review, however I believe that credit should be given where it is due. There has been a change of employees, which is very good to see, as previously the lack of communication, assistance from certain Account Managers was terrible. The new team at T&C have been very helpful, thorough and communication has been very good, I just wish they had been dealing with us sooner.
