As a GP, I was very skeptical about seeking chiropractic care for my son. We were struggling with intense screaming, hitting, throwing, and overall emotional dysregulation. It was very difficult to help him calm down. We wanted to be patient with him for something clearly out of his control but had to protect him and his siblings from dangerous behaviors. I have Menieres Syndrome in both ears and was recommended Elliott by someone who also suffers with Menieres, saying that he’d changed her life. I admit I was sceptical at first as I have tried everything to combat this awful disease with no real results; exercises, drugs, acupuncture, steroid injections. But I have just finished the 3 month course with Elliott and the results have been astounding. Although I have had a couple of (very fleeting) episodes, overall the difference has been amazing. Previously episodes would last for days, weeks, sometimes months… Now I have only had a couple of wobbles and they only lasted a matter of minutes and they are few and far between. I am self employed so it has been extremely beneficial to me having the treatment. My quality of life prior to my first appointment at Top Chiro is a world away from how I feel today after my 12th appt! I was hesitant at first that anything would help my ongoing dizziness and vertigo. I was living in a dizzy world 24/7. Our daughter had a rare neck injury to her C1 vertebrae. This injury caused multiple negative physiological symptoms including persistent muscle spasms in her neck, a protruding lower jaw, and an inability to eat and swallow normally. Despite multiple appointments with various consultants in the NHS, her injury remained undiagnosed for 3 months. During that time our daughters physical and mental condition deteriorated significantly. After researching different options online, we decided to visit Elliott at Top Chiro in London and we are so glad we did! At our very first session Elliott was able to identify the injury to her cervical spine via an upright CBCT scan, and despite the rarity of this condition, Elliott was positive he could help and quickly set out an initial 6-week treatment programme for us. Elliott is extremely knowledgeable in his field, but what impressed me most was Elliott's calm and patient manner and his ability to make young children feel so comfortable attending his clinic. Our daughter was petrified of going to hospital and visiting different doctors, but Elliott quickly built up a rapport and trust with our daughter that made her feel comfortable attending the treatment programme. After our daughters 6th session, Elliott was able to achieve the correct realignment of our daughters cervical spine, and all the negative physiological symptoms she'd had for 4 months subsided completely. I cannot thank Elliott enough for what he did for our daughter - to us as parents her recovery felt like a 'miracle', and we will be forever grateful to Elliott for his care and support during this time.

Just the best experience with Dr. Elliott at Top Chiro. Everything from his professionalism, care and passion for upper cervical. Elliott is so knowledgeable and runs a real patient-first practice. I came in with a bunch of symptoms and discovered that I had a double misalignment in my upper cervical spine. My adjustments started holding after 8 sessions which I was really happy with - I think it’s really important with UCC to understand that this is a process and a journey, and it is not always an instant fix. It’s something that may take time to hold. Elliott did really well at explaining that from the get go. Some of my symptoms got triggered at the start of my treatment, but after 12 weeks of treatment my migraines have improved drastically and I have been holding for a few weeks, as well as other symptoms improving (including back pain, sleep, and my general balance & posture). Absolutely zero complaints about Elliott and the lovely team at Top Chiro, would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I felt I had to leave a review as Dr Quan has helped me so much! I started coming in to see him after having a stroke and struggling with the side effects that followed. Since coming to Top Chiropractic I have noticed my blood pressure is balanced (which I was really concerned about before), my sleeping has improved and I have much less anxiety about my health, which is something I struggled with after my stroke. Three years ago, I began suffering from numbness, stiffness, and pain on the left side of my body. Five years ago I started complaining of balance problem, I can't even walk in straight line. Had lots of procedure done from MRI, EENT etc. but none of them help me out with my cervical spondylosis until I find an Upper Cervical Chiropractor back in the Philippines then refer me to Dr. Heide here in UK then with Christian, Quan and Elliot. Words cannot fully describe the positive impact Top Chiropractic has had on my life in their ability to listen, understand and treat my condition. 15 years spent in various ENT clinics explaining unique symptoms to dozens of specialists became a depressing chore. As my symptoms worsened considerably, my hearing deteriorated and my career disappeared, finding wellness and happiness appearing to be out of reach. But I stumbled across Top Chiropractic on Social media (which in itself was a miracle as I rarely used an electronic device due to nausea and sickness) and saw for the first time, a list of symptoms that mirrored my situation! After one telephone call, I had a renewed belief I would find wellness. I quite literally fell through the doorway into the clinics reception due to having very little balance and extreme spinning sensations when I attended for my first appointment. Straight away, I was talking to a team who listened fully, ensured they understood my symptoms in fine detail and were then able to explain carefully a treatment program to me. The route to a full as possible recovery was going to be long - that was clear - but the transformation in just the first few appointments was unbelievably drastic. Movements and positions that I’d had to avoid for over 10 years became a possibility and shortly after, became a reality! Simple things like rummaging around a toy box or sitting on a trampoline or defying my age and performing cartwheels with my young daughter all were now achievable! Many emotional moments followed and realisation that simple things we all take for granted we can do, could now be done! I still have a way to go and it’s clear to me that a lifetime treatment plan could be necessity but knowing I can come to this clinic and feel wellness that has been impossible elsewhere, is a wonderful feeling and something I am extremely grateful for. I have to testify that before my son's first adjustment, I was unconvinced that any form of adjustment would actually help my son feel better and act better. After the very first adjustment that night, my autistic son said to me "Mama" for the first time. I couldn't believe what I heard so I asked twice and twice he nodded. I want to start by saying a massive thank you to the team at Top Chiropractor, especially Mr. Elliott. I’d been struggling with brain fog, dissociation, and that strange feeling of looking at the world through glass. When I first walked into the centre about 4 months ago, I honestly didn’t think I’d ever feel this much better — now I’d say I’m about 90% improved! It felt like a bit of a gamble at first, but after reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did. On my first visit, Mr. Elliott did a few assessments and a 3D scan of my neck, where he found a small issue with my C1. He recommended a 3-month plan with weekly visits and neck adjustments when needed. Fast forward to now, and I can say I feel so much better. At the end of February 2025 , I arrived at Top Chiropractic a broken woman. In 2017, I had my first vertigo attack. I didn’t know what it was and it terrified me. But little did I know more was to come. My hearing deteriorated with each attack I had until one day I realised I was almost deaf in my right ear. In 2021, I was struck down with three months of horrific vertigo attacks. I am a single mother and had three children to look after by myself and instead, they were having to care for me and walk me to loo as my balance between attacks was still so bad. I felt disabled in my 50’s and I felt that my life was truly over. After a long wait to see the ENT specialist, I was told I might have Ménière’s disease or vestibular migraine or perhaps both. I was also told by the consultant that menieres had not been studied for 100 years as you don’t die from it. They had no cure. So I was told to go on my way and live the best life I could between vertigo attacks which by now were horrifically frequent and lasted around 4-8 hours each time. I also saw vestibular therapists and nothing helped me. Not even the anti-sickness or migraine medication that I had been prescribed. I knew I had to do something. So I started researching. I came across a Facebook page with other menieres sufferers talking about the success that they had been having by visiting an upper cervical chiropractor - They seemed to be mainly in America. But I found Elliot in London. My life was such hell, and although as a single mum it felt quite pricey, I felt I had no choice but to give it a go because I had zero life. My son took me to my first visit in late February this year (2025). I couldn’t even think about travelling anywhere alone and it felt such an enormous step doing the only 45 minute train journey into London . I committed to the 12 consecutive weeks of treatments and even after the first treatment I felt I was more steady. Since my treatment began, I have only had two small attacks that were over much quicker and were much less intense. I have now got to the point that I get up in the morning and I don’t even think about my vertigo. It used to be my first waking thought every single morning and even going downstairs to make a cup of tea felt a challenge. I struggled on, but life was truly miserable. I am now working back full-time and managing the housework. I could only do a maximum of 10 minutes on a good day and now I can clean the whole house in one go. My 12 week review showed astonishing improvements. There was a misalignment in my atlas I think in the C2 and C3 vertebrae and this compression was affecting my optical nerve which in turn was sending ‘wonky signals’ to my brain . I urge anyone who has been experiencing balance issues or vertigo to give this a go. It has truly given me my life back. I would be really happy to talk to anybody on the phone about my experience or to share my medical information of the before and after treatment results because I know how utterly miserable it is to suffer. The team at Top chiropractic are nothing short of amazing. Elliot is a true gentleman and a master in his field. I have now got to the point that I can travel alone but I remain a little nervous and at my last visit I was told that one of the team would come out to get me at the station if I was having any kind of attack! You can’t beat customer service like that! This is giving me the confidence to continue going and I am now on a monthly treatment plan instead of weekly and I hope to space this out more over the next year as I continue to improve . Post-concussion syndrome for 4 years, had impact induced vertigo (walking), disorientation and eye tracking issues. Elliot scanned the neck, found C2 was pushed forward on C3 which would cause muscles to spasm when I walk, then corrected the position of C2. The first few steps out of the clinic are probably the most beautiful moment of my life; the impact sensitivity is greatly reduced and I feel hope. Elliot put me at ease about vertebral artery concerns, and has explained things clearly. If I had my injuries again, I'd see Elliot first (to get aligned), then Terry Moore (Myoworx), then Tom Jackson (Marylebone health group) for strengthening.

In October 2024 I woke up with Tinnitus in my left ear, sunken head/eye/ear pressure, ear pain, heavy head, constant headaches with sporadic head pain, facial numbness, dizziness/vertigo, balance issues, nausea, visual disturbances, feeling spaced out, light sensitivity and overall fatigue. The list goes on but everything felt like so much effort to do, it generally felt like my body was shutting down and giving up pretty much leaving me bed bound for months unable to do much. I had all MRI & CT scans along with ENT apps to be told everything is normal and could be relating to possible sinus issues (I had allergies all my life, never had these kind of symptoms.) I went back to the doctors for a final time to be told my symptoms are relating to depression!! I walked out feeling so helpless questioning if I really had depression and was I going crazy! Myself and a friend started researching coming across Top Chiro, I had a call with Dr Elliot and booked in a couple weeks later. The team are so lovely and welcoming, when I had my diagnostic testing with Dr Elliot it felt like the first time in months someone actually listened and understood my symptoms, my C1 was found to be uneven and I went on a 12 week treatment plan. After my first 2 adjustments, I already had small changes happening. The pain sitting behind my eyes gradually eased off and my energy levels raised. I did have changes to my digestive system being very sensitive but that eased off. After week 6/7 I started to feel like “me” again, the relief on my head pressure and aches felt great! I still have some treatments to go which I'm excited to get completed. You have to persevere throughout your treatment and remain positive even if it’s a rough week with symptoms flaring up as I have learned it’s a good thing as your body is healing and doing its job! Big shout out to Dr Elliot, he has been amazing throughout my treatment. He is very knowledgeable and always explains thoroughly what is happening, answering any questions or concerns I have about my symptoms. After a long year of hospital stays, tests, medications, hospital treatment, physio, procedures, consultants, neurologists and alternative treatment options - I was getting nowhere. I was diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder which started in reaction to a vaccination whilst I was being treated in hospital for many infections, however a few weeks prior I was also on a car accident. Due to my movements and neck pain I believed I had damaged my neck but in Ireland this issue was ignored and due to my diagnosis I was told there was “No Cure”. I did my research on the upper cervical region and came accross top chiropractic and I just felt that their treatment made sense to me and I believed that the top of my spine was driving my condition. Upon meeting Elliot I could tell he was very knowledgeable and he didn’t retreat from my situation like most other specialists have that had seen the state I was in. People were frightened by the extremity of my movements. Once we did the testing and scans I was just so relieved to finally have the answers I was looking for. After a couple of days of adjustments I was already noticing small improvements. Within 10 days my involuntary movements were almost gone!! Elliott is a life changer! I’ve suffered from numerous severe headaches in the forehead above my left eye, on my scalp and at the back of the skull and in my left neck and shoulder, balanced problems and bothersome tinnitus. After seeing specialist after specialist (GPs, ENTs, Neurologist, Physios) with no diagnosis over a period of 18 years after plenty of blood test, ultrasound, CT and MRI scans (with my GPs false diagnosis of maybe it’s just depression / there’s nothing wrong with you excuse), I was running out of hope, thinking I just had to live with these symptoms for good. Thankfully I eventually got referred to the Cambridge Audiology Clinic, who referred me to the TopChiro team in London, the best thing that happened to me. I came to Top Chiro and Christian having experienced Ménière's Disease and/or vestibular migraine-like symptoms for 18 months. These presented as episodes of escalating low-frequency hearing loss, aural fullness and 'rushing' tinnitus in my right ear followed by a brief but often debilitating attack of vertigo. Then everything would 'reset', until the next episode, sometimes just 5-10 days later. Having heavily pursued the clinical route via private ENTs, neurologists and specialists in audio vestibular medicine all over London, the outcome was consistently unsatisfactory to me. Medicines with no effect, inconclusive tests and undesirable surgical options. It took roughly a year of treatment with Christian for the presentation of my symptoms to change significantly. I have not experienced any vertigo for 9 months, my hearing loss is now very mild (and documented via otoacoustic emission tests) and aural fullness is barely noticeable with only mild fluctuations. The presentation of tinnitus has changed from loud 'rushing' to a mild pulsatile tinnitus which makes little impact on day-to-day life. I have nothing else that I can point to as a driver of this change other than Christian's treatment. There are several peer-reviewed medical journals that show a connection between upper cervical spine misalignment and Ménière's but it's a poorly understood, often contradictory condition to live with, and from reading the literature people seem to be able to find relief in different ways. But this seems to be working for me. Christian has been fantastic, he was the first person to listen to what I was experiencing before jumping to conclusions, and took an interest in my recovery. I will be happily continuing routine assessments and treatment with him as needed.

Having been diagnosed with Suspected Meniere's Disease (MD), I discovered that one of the main theories surrounding the cause of the condition is a misaligned Cervical Spine. Being a farmer, and knowing, in general, I had issues with my back, I made contact with Dr Elliott and booked an appointment with a CBCT scan. The scan showed I indeed had a C1-C3 misalignment, something not picked up by the NHS MRI scan, which gave me the "all clear"!! Dr Elliott explained what the problem was and made a recommendation of a course of chiropractic treatment. Living in Devon, this was quite a task and although I have had to take a break from treatment to carry out harvest, I will be returning in the Autumn. "The adjustments" that Dr Elliott performed were very precise and measured. Although I would not call myself "cured" of the condition, I have been very much improved since treatment. Each adjustment had an effect on my MD, mostly in a positive way, some profoundly, others less so. It seems to be a case of two steps forward, one step back, not helped by having a physical occupation such as farming! It has convinced me that MD is caused by upper spine issues. I give Top Chiropractic 5 stars based on my treatment so far and I will be returning this Autumn to resume treatment. Where do I begin? As someone who is a strong believer in chiropractic treatments and natural healing, I have been to almost every place you could think off in the city. I started treatment at Top Chiropractic a couple of months ago and to summarise everything so far, I would say that this is hands down the most transformational experience I’ve ever had in my life. You’ll notice that in most of these reviews, people talk about how Dr. Christian changed or saved their life — and whilst that’s exactly what he does, I would go a step further and say that my treatment has actually given me life again. My problems started when I was 17 and playing competitive football. I had several minor concussions followed by a severe concussion that led to a whole host of issues including short term memory loss, long term vertigo, dizziness, blacking out, and depression. Back then the impact of concussions weren’t as well understood or communicated, so I never got any treatment and just had to suffer in silence whilst I watched my ability to play football and live a normal life dwindle away. Those issues continued throughout my 20’s and fast-forward to my mid-30’s, the stresses of work/covid/life compounded and I got to the point where I fell apart physically. Up until recently I would tell my mom that I felt like my body was shutting down and I was slowly dying (sounds dramatic in retrospect, but that’s exactly how I felt). I had pain throughout my entire body, ocular migraines on a weekly basis, constant pressure around my skull, and my neck always hurt regardless of whether I was sitting up or lying down. Exercising/walking/stretching/heat therapy never helped. I couldn’t sleep. I would black out almost every single time I stood up. Feeling these things on a constant basis affected how I felt about life, it affected my ability to interact with people. I started to isolate myself as basic functions felt too overwhelming, and got to the point where I no longer recognised myself. I tried to get help on multiple occasions over the years — chiropractors in New York and London, and GP visits multiple times. Treatments never helped and the response I got from the GP was verbatim “you’re too young and healthy to be ill”. I was ready to give up and just accept that this is how I’d feel for the rest of my life. Everything changed, however, when I was referred to Dr. Christian. I have to admit I was skeptical at first — after so many failed attempts with others, I thought there was a chance this would be another waste of time. But I had nothing to lose so I did the initial assessment and CBCT scan. I had my first treatment/adjustment the following week, after which I felt mildly sore, but the next day when I woke up I no longer felt that debilitating pain that had plagued me for half a decade. My neck wasn’t 100% healed in one go, but that sharp pain that had always been present disappeared. I cried myself to sleep that night as it was the first time in years I could lie down and go to sleep without pain. Over the next few weeks I stuck to the plan that Dr. Christian had outlined, and that’s when I started to feel further results that I wasn’t expecting. It sounds strange but to this day I feel a calming sense of peace, and it feels easier to breathe. Without making any intentional changes, my physiology has positively transformed. In the clinic and through his blog posts, Dr. Christian educated me about the upper cervical spine and how it can impact the nervous system and therefore our entire body’s functioning. All of this sounds blatantly obvious when you hear it, and I know I learned these details in school, but I never truly understood how that information translated into reality until now. Or more specifically, I’ve never seen anyone translate knowledge into healing until now. Dr. Christian is a rare, inspirational and exceptional person who I feel very lucky to have found. His passion for his work is infectious and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Christian is fantastic, I cannot recommend him enough and life transforming is how I would sum up the effect that the Upper Cervical adjustments have had on my Menieres disease symptoms. I have had 10 sessions now over the last few months ,some of which involved adjustments. I've been seeing Christian now since January. I have Menieres disease. I've had it for a while but in the last 18 months it had really escalated. I was suffering from 3/4 bad vertigo episodes a week, daily nausea, fullness in the ear, hearing loss which then led to anxiety. I started attending the clinic at the end of November 2021 after suffering with symptoms of Post Concussion Syndrome since a head injury in April of that year. I was initially dubious as to whether it could be of any help to me as I had previously attempted to see a chiropractor who stated that nothing he could do would help. As the NHS had told me that my symptoms would subside over time, I had resigned myself to trying to wait the PCS out. However, after reading some of the reviews of this clinic, getting tired of making no improvements and hearing about other individuals with PCS who had received upper cervical treatment and had good results, I thought I would come along for a second opinion. After doing a scan of my neck, it was found that my C1 and C2 vertebrae were out of alignment, which had the potential to be causing some of my symptoms. After going through the results and other testing, I have had several adjustments over the past couple of months. I have no doubt that it has caused some of my symptoms to improve and am hoping that as the adjustments begin to hold for longer periods of time, that I may begin to be back to my old self. I would recommend anyone who has been diagnosed with PCS to give this a go! Big thanks to Elliot who has been amazing throughout the process. It has been a breath of fresh air to have found a medical professional that actually listens to what you are saying and wants to help you get better! Would definitely recommend.

Brought my 79 year old Mum to see Dr Elliott. She had been diagnosed with Ménières 3 years ago but she knew her hearing would clear sometimes and therefore something else must be affecting her normal hearing. She was most impressed and interested in the suite of screening tests Dr Elliott ran. Nobody else she'd seen had been so thorough. After assessing her scans Dr Elliott made an adjustment to Mum's neck and rested her for a couple of hours. She noticed her hearing had improved a little. Ex Military Veteran I have had a need to attend the TOPCHIRO practice in London after failing to receive adequate treatment from the NHS. I had been seen by, Consultant Surgeon, Sports Consultants, Neurosurgeon, Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Acupuncturists and all failed to find why I was suffering my signs and symptoms. All declared I had nothing wrong with me. In despair after four years of constant neck pain and nightly suffering occipital neuralgia I was advised to try a specialist upper cervical chiropractor by a friend. I attended the Top Chiropractic practice where I was given a CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography Scan) at the imaging centre in Harley Street and the findings explained. I was given an adjustment and returned and since my first session treated by Christian I had my first deep pain free sleep. I have been given a treatment plan and I have eight more sessions to attend but already my quality of life has improved immeasurably. For any serving or veteran military personnel who have problems with the upper cervical spine and have not found relief through the NHS and would like to attend his sessions but feel daunted by attending a clinic and treatment in London because of location and cost, the practice is easily found at 11 Welbeck St, London W1G 9XZ. I started seeing Christian after suffering with hemiplegic migraines for over a year along with a lot up upper back and neck pain. After a year of even neurologists unsure what the cause was, unhelpful medications and numerous hospital visits for what looked like “stroke” symptoms Christian found the cause within an hour of meeting me. After 2/3 adjustments i noticed my symptoms became less severe and less frequent and eventually went completely! I started seeing Christian in August 2019 for lower back problems I have had since the birth of my last child in April 2012. My consultation was great, not only did I walk away feeling I was going to get help with my back but also my migraines that I have been suffering severely with since I was 12. I was always told my migraines were hormonal and have been on a mixture of high, daily medications for many years. My migraines where as often as 2/3 times a week, they took over my life. After my 5th or 6th session with Christian My migraines had completely eased and of the 400mg of Toptrimate I took daily I now I only take 200mg. I have not had one Migraine since that 6th session even my GP is amazed that I no longer put through re-peat prescriptions for my pain medication. Coming off so much medication makes such a dramatic change to everyday life. I came to Top Chiropractic with back problems (discomfort when sitting, standing and exercising), which included my neck locking up. Due to my occupation it was important to maintain a good level of fitness. Christian has given me my life back! Having suffered from daily debilitating neck pain and associated feelings of 'grogginess' for the last three years , I sought out a Chiropractor in the hope that I could get help to at least reduce the pain and the need for high amounts of pain relief medication.
