Absolutely thrilled with the service from Swainstons Ltd from start to finish! Carl did a fantastic job measuring up and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. When it came to the fitting, Gary and Michael were brilliant — professional, friendly, and incredibly patient (especially with my very chatty 6-year-old, who definitely kept them on their toes!). The doors have been fitted to perfection, and the attention to detail really shows. Nothing was too much trouble, and they left everything spotless afterwards. Genuinely couldn’t ask for a better experience — top-quality service and a great team. Highly recommend!

Swainstons did the houses next door to me and did a great job with awkward shaped windows, so we decided to give them a ring. Best quote by far and got it all measured and booked in quickly. On the day the workers turned up bang on time, were really polite and friendly and walked us through what they'd be doing as well as working around the crumbling plaster inside the house. Work was done to an amazing standard! Will definitely be coming back for future windows!

Liam had my front door fixed and my lounge window. Although I had to remind him to come back for the window..lol.. The only tip I would say to the fitters is, don't forget to wipe the inner window, before fitting the new window, as it tramps the water in the seams. Otherwise. No complaints.

Don't normally do reviews but on this occasion I need to highly recommend Swainstons Ltd. Just had front of house, 2 doors, 5 windows fitted. After a dodgy start, ( no fault of Swainstons I must add) all fitted to a very high standard. Great quality windows/doors/ fixtures and fittings at a fair price. We are extremely happy with the finished job so much so we have had the back of the house measured for the same treatment. We had our old wooden front door replaced by Swainstons to a composite door and what a difference it's made, the passage is now so much warmer. From start to finish communication with Swainstons was nothing but friendly, professional and straight to the point(no hard push etc), they provided me with a price I was more than happy with, updated me on when the door was expected to be in and when my fitting day would be. On the day of the fitting, they arrived when expected and within no time at all I had a brand new door fitted and all of the mess was tidied and cleared away, nothing left for me to do. I'm more than happy with Swainstons and will be returning to replace my windows.
