100% recommend Sam Moore Roofing. From consultation to after care. Perfectionist!! Tidy,polite,respectfull of mine and neighbours property. We had a new roof in November last year. Arrived and fitted on time. Ariel photos taken at start and 2 options given to fix were given to repair or replace. There are pleanty of roofing companies but sam Moore Roofing is the best. Staff are trained and refresher trained. Getting a new roof is not cheap but worth every penny when you know a company is genuinely offering a service that they take a pride in what they do is worth every penny.

We recently had a new flat roof installed on a block of flats in Middlesbrough by Samuel Moore Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
The quality of the work is superb – genuinely can’t fault it. The lads on site were professional, thorough, and clearly take pride in what they do. Everything was completed to a high standard, on time, and with great attention to detail.

Samuel Moore Roofing have done a fantastic job once again for me and seeing as some building repair was also needed they put me in touch with a very great builder who assisted with the replacement roof. My one regret is not getting Sam Moore to do all my roof work sooner as it would have saved me having to get the work done twice after the previous disaster from the last contractor. The guys at Sam Moore managed to fix and replace the damage done. The workers are professional, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Sam Moore Roofing to anyone needing work done on their roof.

Roof started leaking just before Xmas- nightmare! Ryan came out within a day to look at the job and quote came through within a week. Job booked to complete just after the new year. Which was a relief!
Other roofing companies weren't even able to come out and look at the job until after the new year!!
Great communication from Ryan throughout- answering questions and updating me with times the scafolders and roofers were expected.
Job was completed in a day and a half and looks good, lads were prompt arriving, professional,respected my property, and left no mess at the end of the job.

We choose Samuel Moore to carry a full roof repair, including the replacement of tiles and felt and battens, due to the poor condition of the existing roof. They were very prompt to carry out an inspection on the roof and provide a quotation, and upon confirmation were able to start the work within the week. The communication was excellent throughout the work scope, and the team carrying out the work were friendly and proactive. The workmanship was excellent, and despite coming across some unexpected issues, such as rotten timbers, they came up with a solution very quickly and were able to complete the job in a timely manner. Special thanks to Ryan and Sam for excellent communication throughout and to Nathan and the others for finishing to such a high standard and leaving the place more tidy than when he started!

We have just had cladding fitted to a dormer bedrooms that where originally tiled.
I can say without hesitation the work has been completed to the highest standard with all felt replaced on pitched roof as well as what was behind the original dormer tiles. From original estimate to completion I was kept informed of progress. Jeff, Mike and apprentice Lauren who worked on our property are polite hard working and extremely conscientious and always available to answer any questions. The estimate was fully itemised and covered everything that was needed to be done.The finished job is excellent and a great enhancement to the house, and the cost was well in line with the estimate supplied by Ryan. I initially contacted Samuel Moore Roofing at the end of August for a quote on roof tile replacement and repointing of my chimney. They were recommended to me by another company (single man team) who couldn’t fit me in until December.
Ryan visited that week to give a quote (which was cheaper than others I had been given) and I was booked in for the last week of September.
Ryan’s communication was excellent throughout the process, and luckily for me the team were able to come earlier than expected.
While I didn’t meet the team who did the job (as I was at work) my mum said they were excellent, left everything super tidy, were helpful in explaining things and no time was wasted.
The repointing, flaunching and replacement chimney pot look excellent, as does the roof tile.
If I’m ever in need of a whole new roof I will definitely contact them.
